General Questions

What services does Beyond Vision offer?

Beyond Vision is a full-service manufacturing and operations partner based in Wisconsin. We offer CNC machining and machine shop services, product kitting and fulfillment, light assembly, and onshore call center support. Many of our clients work with us across multiple services, which simplifies their vendor relationships and keeps quality consistent.

Where is Beyond Vision located?

We are based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. More specifically, West Allis. Our facility serves clients throughout the Midwest and across the United States. Because we operate entirely in the U.S., clients never need to worry about offshore delays, language barriers, or international shipping complications.

Who does Beyond Vision typically work with?

Our clients include manufacturers and OEMs, healthcare and medical device companies, government and defense contractors, and small businesses that need a reliable production or operations partner. We have experience working within the compliance and quality requirements common in regulated industries.

What makes Beyond Vision different from other vendors?

A few things set us apart. First, we are entirely U.S.-based — our workforce is onshore and our operations are domestic. Second, we have a long track record working with clients in demanding industries like healthcare and defense. Third, we support custom and low-volume runs, which many larger shops won’t take on. And finally, because we offer multiple services under one roof, clients can consolidate vendors and reduce coordination overhead.

Machine Shop & CNC Machining

What is a machine shop, and what kinds of parts can you produce?

A machine shop uses precision equipment — including CNC (computer numerical control) machines — to cut, shape, and finish metal and other materials into custom parts. Beyond Vision’s machine shop in Milwaukee produces components to tight tolerances for use in assemblies, equipment, and finished products. We work with a variety of materials including steel, aluminum, and other metals depending on your application.

Do you handle low-volume or prototype runs?

Yes. Unlike high-volume production facilities that require large minimum orders, Beyond Vision supports custom and low-volume machining runs. This makes us a practical choice for prototyping, replacement parts, or products where demand doesn’t justify a large production commitment.

Can you machine parts to specific tolerances or specifications?

Yes. Our CNC capabilities allow us to work to precise specifications and tolerances. If you have engineering drawings, CAD files, or technical specs, our team will review them and confirm feasibility before production begins.

How do I get a quote for machined parts?

Contact us with your drawings, part specifications, material requirements, and estimated quantities. We’ll review your needs and provide a quote. We work with clients throughout Wisconsin and the broader Midwest, and we can support remote customers with documentation and shipping as needed.

Kitting & Fulfillment

What is kitting, and do I need it?

Kitting is the process of grouping individual items or components into a single ready-to-use or ready-to-ship package. It’s common in manufacturing (pre-assembling component sets for production lines), retail (bundling products for sale), and healthcare (preparing supply kits for procedures or distribution). If you’re currently assembling kits in-house or your team spends time bundling items before they ship, outsourced kitting in Wisconsin may save you significant time and labor cost.

What types of kitting does Beyond Vision support?

We support a range of kitting applications including manufacturing kits, product bundles, promotional kits, and supply kits for medical or industrial use. We can work from your bill of materials (BOM) and pick-and-pack specifications to build kits that meet your exact requirements.

Can you handle kitting for regulated industries like healthcare?

Yes. We have experience supporting clients in healthcare and other regulated industries where accuracy, traceability, and cleanliness matter. Contact us to discuss your specific compliance requirements.

Where do you provide kitting services?

Our kitting operations are based in Wisconsin and serve clients throughout the Midwest and nationally. Because we are an onshore operation, clients can visit our facility, audit our processes, and work closely with our team — something that’s difficult or impossible with offshore kitting providers.

Onshore Call Center

What is an onshore call center, and why does it matter?

An onshore call center is staffed entirely by U.S.-based agents, as opposed to offshore operations in other countries. For many businesses, onshore support means better communication, cultural alignment with your customers, and easier oversight of quality. It also eliminates the compliance risks that can come with sending customer data outside the country.

What types of call center services does Beyond Vision provide?

Our onshore call center team can handle inbound customer service, order support, technical assistance, and outbound contact programs. We work with clients to understand their customers and brand voice, then represent your business accordingly.

Do you support small businesses or only enterprise clients?

We work with businesses of all sizes, including small businesses that need professional customer support without the overhead of building an in-house team. Our flexible model allows you to scale up or down based on your volume.

How do I know my customers will be well taken care of?

Our agents are U.S.-based, trained on your specific products and processes, and supervised by experienced team leads. We provide reporting on call volume, outcomes, and quality metrics so you always know how your customer interactions are going.
