On October 15th, members of Milwaukee’s blindness community gathered in front of the Milwaukee County Courthouse to celebrate. White Cane laws are in place to protect pedestrians and to ensure independence. What better way to raise awareness than with a proclamation and some dancing! We are very proud to be sponsors of the event.
The 2018 Wisconsin White Cane Day Celebration was a success! Thanks to all who came out and danced to @shakira‘s Try Everything. Thanks for your hospitality @MKECoOPD. #WhiteCaneDay #FlashMob #Milwaukee #TryEverything #BlindAmericansEqualityDay https://t.co/Py3igdMT7n

Help provide job skills training to people who are blind or with vision loss that want to live life to the fullest. A gift of $80 covers the costs of one training session where an employee who is blind will learn new, transferable job skills.
