Since 1903, Beyond Vision has been enriching lives through the dignity of work valued by customers and the community. A perfect safety year doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because of intention. Our teams rely on adaptive technology like screen reader software and engineered workstation adaptations—many created using our own 3D printers—to ensure that every employee can work safely, confidently, and independently.

This milestone reflects the commitment each employee makes to looking out for one another, identifying potential hazards before they become incidents, and building a culture where safety is a shared value.

Proactive, Not Just Reactive

Part of what made FY26 so successful is our commitment to tracking near misses—unplanned events that didn’t result in injury but had the potential to do so. In FY26, we logged 8 near misses, each one reviewed by our Metrics Team monthly and by our Board of Directors quarterly.

Why does that matter? Because it means we’re not waiting for something to go wrong. We’re catching risks early, learning from them, and making improvements before anyone gets hurt. That proactive approach is exactly what led to a perfect record and it’s what will sustain one going forward.
