Our state-of-the-art Quality Lab is equipped with advanced tools, including a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and an optical comparator, to ensure precision and maintain tight tolerances on critical parts.

We pride ourselves on rigorous quality control processes, ensuring every component meets the highest standards. Our lab is also capable of performing all levels of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to guarantee that parts are manufactured consistently to meet exact specifications.

Our facility is equipped with advanced CNC turning centers, each featuring bar feeders and live tooling capabilities.

This setup allows for continuous, automated material feeding, ensuring efficient and precise machining of high-volume parts.

The integration of live tooling enables us to perform multiple operations, such as drilling, milling, and tapping, in a single setup, reducing production time and increasing accuracy. With this cutting-edge technology, we are able to maintain tight tolerances, deliver consistent quality, and meet the most demanding production schedules.

Horizontal Milling

Equipped with advanced CNC horizontal mills, we can machine large, heavy parts with high accuracy and maintain tight tolerances.

Vertical Milling

Our 200,000-square-foot manufacturing facility is designed for versatility and efficiency, featuring multiple turning centers equipped with bar loaders, bar feeders, and live tooling for streamlined production. Along with our advanced turning capabilities, we operate a variety of vertical and horizontal mills, as well as several saws, allowing us to meet the demands of complex machining projects.
